How to Delete Your Kaloria Account and Data

Kaloria works without an account: your food journal lives on your phone. From version 2.0 you can optionally sign in to back it up and sync it between devices. The steps below cover both.

1. Delete your account and cloud backup (signed-in users)

  1. Open the Kaloria app and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your sign-in, your devices and your cloud backup (meals, weight, water, workouts, chat history and any backed-up photos) are scheduled for deletion. They are erased from our servers 7 days later. If you sign in again during those 7 days, the deletion is cancelled. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription — manage it in the App Store or Google Play.

2. Delete the data stored on your phone (everyone)

  1. Open the Kaloria app and tap Profile.
  2. Scroll to Settings and tap Delete All Data.
  3. Confirm. The app returns to the welcome screen.

This removes every journal entry, photo, chat and setting from the device immediately. If you were signed in, you are signed out on that phone; your cloud backup stays until you delete the account (step 1).

Want a copy first? Profile → Export my data saves a JSON file with your journal, weight, water, workouts and chat that you can keep or share.

If you cannot access the app, e-mail info@kaloria.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the address you signed in with. We verify the address and process the request within 7 business days. Anonymous use of the app (no sign-in) leaves no personal account on our servers to delete; analysis requests are kept only as pseudonymous logs.
